How to "Talk it Out"Our goal is to model this behavior for our children and to help them navigate the process with one another. Naturally, the ability to complete these steps will depend on the age group of the children. What is important is to provide the children, at any age, with an introduction and demonstration of how to successfully resolve conflict.
